Overview of Site Administration

  • The online administration tool permits users in the Administrator role to manage the security, layout, and content of the portal.

  • The site Administrator can give individual user roles the ability to view additional tabs/modules and edit modules on specified tabs

Roles Based Administration

  • Once authenticated, users can edit any content they have authorisation for

Content Management

  • Content Modules are modular elements of page content that each present some functionality to the user, such as a personnel contacts list, events schedule, or newsletter article
  • Typically, several content modules are grouped on a tab to create a rich 'web page'
  • Content Modules can be added, edited, deleted, restored, moved on a page, or transferred to another page
